Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group in New York & Massachusetts (Currently closed)

This is a weekly Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills for Emotional Mastery group. Develop skills to regulate your emotions, tolerate distress, improve your relationships, and embody presence with mindfulness.

  • $85 per session/ pay as you go

  • 12 session commitment
