Boundless is dedicated to upholding principles of Equality, Inclusivity, and Diversity through our comprehensive policy.

This policy underscores our commitment to cultivating a culture of support, transparency, and inclusiveness across our entire workforce. It is both a strategic imperative for our organization and a moral obligation to our employees to champion diversity and eradicate all forms of discrimination within our professional environment.

Our primary objective is to ensure equal opportunities for all employees and prospective job applicants, thereby fostering an organizational landscape that is reflective of the broader societal spectrum. This policy reaffirms our unwavering dedication to administering equality, equity, and fairness in all aspects of employment. Our mission is to establish an environment characterized by inclusivity, safeguarding against discrimination on grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marital status, civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, ethnic origin, color, nationality, national origin, religion or belief, or sex and sexual orientation.

We stand firmly against any manifestations of discrimination. Every employee, regardless of employment status—be it part-time, full-time, or temporary—will be accorded equitable and respectful treatment. Decisions related to recruitment, promotion, training, and other benefits will be rooted in merit and capability. We are steadfast in our commitment to assisting and empowering each employee to realize their full potential and leverage their unique proficiencies.

Our policies are designed to:

  • Foster an environment that acknowledges, celebrates, and values individual distinctions and contributions within our teams.

  • Cultivate a professional milieu that upholds the dignity and respect of every staff member.

  • Condemn unequivocally any form of harassment, bullying, or intimidation, holding accountable those who violate this policy.

  • Extend training, developmental opportunities, and avenues for advancement to all personnel.

  • Urge individuals who believe they have been subjected to discrimination to voice their concerns, allowing us to implement corrective measures.

  • Encourage employees to interact with one another with honor and consideration.

  • Undertake periodic evaluations of our employment practices and protocols to ensure a sustained atmosphere of fairness.

  • Boundless has communicated the implementation of our equality and diversity policy to all staff members, mandating their adherence to its stipulations and promotion of equity within the workplace. This policy will also be communicated to funding entities, stakeholders, customers, learners, and prospective job candidates. Our commitment to Equality, Inclusivity, and Diversity is fully endorsed by our senior management and will undergo annual scrutiny to ensure its perpetuation within our professional milieu.

  • Our organization is resolutely committed to evolving into an anti-racist institution. This commitment is reflected in our endeavors to diversify our senior management, supervisory, operational, and lower management strata. Inclusive anti-racist training has been seamlessly integrated into our onboarding process. Furthermore, we have incorporated Equity as a foundational value underpinning our mission. To amplify marginalized voices, we have introduced new roles aimed at integrating these voices into our workforce, campaigns, and services.
